Loretta provides strategic leadership coaching for CEOs, Directors and leaders in large-scale change and decision-making roles.
Loretta is widely sought after for decades of working with leaders in every domain. She profoundly understands the challenges of senior roles and has first-hand experience with the pressures faced.
A specialist in change leadership, Loretta works with leaders who are actively engaged in putting their values into practice and who recognise their leadership as enabling change at a wider system level.
Loretta has been developing leaders in one-to-one coaching engagements and within executive leadership programmes for more than 25 years. As Corporate Programme Director at the New Zealand Leadership Institute, University of Auckland Business School, she has led long‐term leadership development programmes for senior executives in all sectors.
Loretta has an MA in Social Work. She is the founder and Director of the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre, which has been instrumental in developing the coaching and mentoring profession in New Zealand for over 25 years, advocating ethical and professional practice. Her considerable knowledge and experience have been recognised with a Master Coach accreditation from EMCC (European Coaching Mentoring Council).
Known for her huge warmth and care when leaders candidly talk through challenges, Loretta stands beside her clients over the long haul and knows what makes them tick. She helps them to make bolder, more courageous decisions with fewer doubts. Leaders say that working with her has helped them be more effective in putting their values into practice.
Based in Aotearoa, New Zealand Loretta assists leaders to engage in the conversation about what it means to be a nation that is genuinely guided by the principles of Te Tiriti.
Loretta's home is on Waiheke Island where she has lived for three decades. She works with a select group of leaders via zoom and in her central city offices.
