Leaders as Coaches
Developing people & performance
Getting the best out of the people you lead
Imagine if you could get all your leaders thinking and acting like natural coaches. This practical workshop provides the tools and skills leaders need to develop people and performance through one to one coaching. It will help them adopt a coaching mindset, avoid the most common pitfalls when coaching and offers simple tools that enable them to take a coaching approach to the wide range of conversations they have in the course of their day, week or year.
