Practical coaching and mentoring skills training courses.
Available as public workshops, or delivered in-house for your organisation.
Our training courses take a highly practical toolbox approach to training - providing step by step models that result in effective coaching outcomes, and can be applied immediately in the workplace.
All courses come with a comprehensive workbook that provides a valuable resource for ongoing learning.
All of our training courses can be delivered in-house. In-house training can be customised to meet your specific needs, is cost and time effective and enhances organisational learning by ensuring everyone is on the same page.
For larger organisations, our courses can be licensed for in-house delivery by your own trainers.
Our public courses offer a great way to upskill yourself, a smaller number of team members, or trial a training to roll out in your organisation.
We have a new range of shorter, practical workshops delivered virtually over Zoom, or similar platforms.

Developing your skills as a giver and a receiver
The ability to receive feedback is just as important as the ability to give because in reality what happens to feedback is entirely in the hands of the receiver. This workshop will help take your feedback skills to whole new level by developing your skills at both giving and receiving feedback. For managers, leaders and anyone else who wants to become really good at handling feedback.

Includes leading virtual meetings and coaching for engagement
Teamwork already requires a great deal of co-ordination and collaboration. Having been plunged in to a virtual and now hybrid world, it is even more important for leaders to ensure people's efforts are aligned, that they stay engaged with their team (and their leader) and work effectively ‘together apart’. This practical session will show leaders how to set people up to succeed in a flexible work environment, get the balance right between individual and organisational needs plus provide practical tools to lead team events and virtual meetings so that relationships are maintained and people feel together apart.

working together apart
Whilst technology can bring us together, it is the quality of the conversations we have once we get there that makes the difference to a team, a project or an organisation. Virtual meetings are both a vehicle for getting the work done and a means for maintaining team connections. This workshop will show you how to effectively lead virtual meetings and provides you with the facilitation skills you need to make sure that everyone sees your meetings as excellent value for time.
