Peer Supervision for RTLB Groups
7 Tools for RTLB peer supervision groups
Peer supervision differs from other forms of supervision in that it doesn’t rely on the presence of a more qualified, identified expert in the process – a supervisor. Peer supervision can ensure that more people have more access to more supervision and this in turn impacts on the quality of service for clients. In this practical workshop, participants are introduced to this team based approach to supervision, and a peer supervision toolkit that enables them to set up and run peer supervision groups that provide high quality supervision for themselves and their colleagues.
This course is customised for the needs of RTLB peer supervision groups. If you are not in an RTLB, view the more general public Power of Peer Supervision course here.
